The 2025 Energy Efficiency Rebate forms are available. Have you purchased a new energy star washer/dryer/refrigerator/freezer/dehumidifier, etc, or a new heating system or AC unit, or put in new insulation or windows? These are just some of the items that could qualify for a rebate. Be sure to check out the rebate form to see if you have purchased anything that qualifies for a rebate. Also, new this year is the low income bracket. On the last page of the Income Qualified Rebate Form is the chart to determine if you qualify for this rebate form or the standard rebate form. So, be sure you select the one that best fits you. Rebates listing can be found under the "Forms" menu option above.

**Effective February 24, 2025, customers will be charged a fee for all credit/debit card payments. The rate will be 2.95% plus $0.50 per transaction. If you pay using a bank account/routing number through our online portal, you will be charged based on the amount paid per transaction: under $1,000 is $3.00 per transaction, $1,001 - $5,000 is $6.00 per transaction and anything over $5,000 will be $12.00 per transaction.

**If you would like to pay using a bank account/routing number without a transaction fee, you will need to have a form on file with our office and we will set it up to pull your balance due from your bank account on the due date. (This method does not use the online portal and several customers are already set up this way.)

Customers can "GO GREEN" with green energy pricing. You can delegate 25%, 50% or 100% of your electric usage to use green energy at an additional rate of $0.015/kwh.
